The Enhanced SS & Equipment E-CDT-30L is a 30x30 clean dish table built to receive freshly washed dishware directly from a commercial dishwasher in high-volume foodservice operations. The stainless steel work surface provides a hygienic, corrosion-resistant landing zone for clean dishes, racks, and flatware, while the raised backsplash keeps the surrounding wall protected from splatter. Left-side configuration ensures a logical, ergonomic workflow when positioned to the left of the dishwasher exit.
