The Enhanced Refrigeration ESPM-27-12-HC is a 27 mega top refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table built for the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. Its spacious mega top rail holds six 1/6-size (4 deep) poly pans, putting a full lineup of ingredients within easy reach during peak service. Powered by an eco-friendly 3/7 HP R290 compressor, the unit maintains a reliable 33°F to 41°F temperature range while operating at just 360W for energy-efficient daily use. An 8 cu ft refrigerated cabinet with two adjustable PVC-coated shelves provides ample storage, and the self-closing, field-reversible door offers flexible placement on any prep line. Four heavy-duty casters, two with locking brakes, make repositioning straightforward wherever the line demands.
