The Enhanced Refrigeration ESP-72-HC is a 72-inch refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table built for the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. Its 4/5 HP R290 compressor delivers 1,979 BTU of cooling power to maintain a consistent 33°F to 41°F temperature range, keeping toppings and ingredients fresh throughout the busiest service periods. The unit includes 18 1/6-size poly pans and a 3/4-inch thick, 11.5-inch deep cutting board, while 21 cubic feet of undercounter cabinet storage and two adjustable PVC-coated shelves provide flexible organization beneath. Four 4-inch heavy-duty casters, two equipped with brakes, allow easy repositioning across any kitchen floor. ETL certified and running on a standard 115V/NEMA 5-15P connection, the ESP-72-HC delivers professional-grade reliability with straightforward installation.
