The ECB-36-HC is a 36" W x 32" D refrigerated chef base equipment stand with two wide drawers. Drawer facings and liners are made of stainless steel construction for durability. Heavy-duty stainless steel top, exterior side walls, and aluminum back can withstand a maximum weight of 400lbs. The electronic control system makes it easy to adjust the temperature set point and defrost frequency. Each drawer can hold one full-size food pan, 12" L x 20" W x 4" D (pans are not included). Includes pre-installed heavy-duty casters with brakes. The refrigeration system keeps food at safe temperatures between 33°F - 41°F Cabinet capacity: 5.9 cu. ft.
